ACC CM FESTIVAL Entries for the Interactive category are accepted until July 7.

The All Japan Commercial Advertising Association (ACC) is once again accepting entries for Japan's largest commercial advertising event, the "ACC CM FESTIVAL." On the 23rd, a change to the Interactive category entry period was announced, extending the deadline from June 30 to July 7 at 23:59.

Entry deadlines for other categories remain unchanged: Film Category A (TV Commercials/Regional TV Commercials), Film Category B (Online Video Ads), and Radio Commercials are all due by 11:59 PM on June 30. The Marketing Effectiveness category deadline is 11:59 PM on July 7.

Hakkodo's Katsumi Kitakaze, the jury chairman, positions the Interactive category as an "all-other category" distinct from the other three, stating, "We also want to evaluate works that haven't seen much exposure." Any work with even minimal digital involvement is eligible, targeting diverse interactive advertising and advertising initiatives.

Coinciding with the extended entry period, ACC has released a video message from the judges titled "The Type of Work the Interactive Category Judges Are Looking For." It can be viewed on the special website.
