On July 28, Dentsu Inc.'s overseas headquarters, Dentsu Aegis Network, announced it had reached an agreement with shareholders of Brazilian digital agency Redirect Digital Marketing Ltda. to acquire 100% of its shares. This move aims to strengthen and expand digital services and enhance presence in Latin America's largest advertising market.
Founded in 2007, Redirect Digital Marketing provides a wide range of services, including creative and content production utilizing digital technology, research and campaign implementation using digital and social media, performance marketing, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
