The Holmes Report, an international PR industry information provider, announced the winners of the "2015 Asia-Pacific SABRE Awards" on September 23. This award recognizes outstanding PR campaigns, PR firms, and networks in the Asia-Pacific region. Dentsu Inc. Public Relations (hereafter Dentsu PR) was selected as the "2015 Japan Consultancy of the Year" among Japanese companies.

Dentsu Inc. was recognized for demonstrating strategic thinking and creativity across various fields and industry sectors, with a record eight Japanese entries shortlisted for the awards. This was also acknowledged alongside an 11% year-on-year increase in sales.
Among 1,250 entries from countries and regions within the region, Dentsu Inc. and Dentsu PR's tourism campaign for Miyakojima City, Okinawa Prefecture, "The Shut-down Island!", won a Diamond in the "Superior Achievement in Brand Building" category. Marukome's promotional campaign "Marukome: Rocking out with miso soup!" won Gold in the geographical category "Japan". Furthermore, in the In2 (Insight and Innovation) SABRE Awards, which evaluate creativity, the project "COM-MUNI-CAT-ING" for the English-language book 'Communicating: A Guide to PR in Japan' received Certificates of Excellence in the "Creation of Persuasive Content" and "Branding and Identity" categories.
