Dentsu Inc. Distributes Free Materials for Upper Elementary Students to Advance Independent Research During Temporary School Closures

The text of the Dentsu Inc. Topics article published on March 18 is as follows.

March 18, 2020

Dentsu Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroshi Igarashi) will temporarily make available for free the independent study materials (for upper elementary school grades) created by its " Active Learning: What About This?" Research Institute. This initiative responds to nationwide temporary school closures aimed at preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus.

These materials were originally developed over the past two years by the lab in collaboration with Masashi Okuma, Superintendent of the Koganei City Board of Education, Tokyo, for summer vacation independent research projects. However, considering the current situation where many elementary schools are temporarily closed, we are offering them specially to support students wishing to undertake independent research projects voluntarily during spring break.

The materials can be viewed and downloaded for free from the special website below until Sunday, April 5, 2020.
