The official fan community "Ribon Musubi" for the girls' manga magazine "Ribon" has released an app.

The official online community app "Ribon Musubi" for the monthly girls' manga magazine "Ribon" (Shueisha), published since 1955, was released on June 29.
 
"Ribon Musubi," a community site for Ribon fans, opened in April 2021. As an interactive digital media platform featuring exclusive content like behind-the-scenes stories from the editorial department and member-submitted articles and photos, it has been enjoyed by many Ribon fans.

With this app launch, videos and articles become easier to view on smartphones, and members can now easily join exclusive online meetings directly from the app. Free membership registration is now available, making the platform accessible to everyone. Selected videos from the daily-updated YouTube channel, a nostalgic cover gallery of Ribon magazines, exclusive editorial secrets, and original artwork by creators are among the content freely available.

The app launch also marks the official start of merchandise sales, featuring numerous items available exclusively here. This fan community platform app offers an even more enjoyable and accessible way to experience Ribon's appeal, representing a new form of digital transformation (DX) for publishers holding extensive intellectual property (IP).

This service utilizes the official app development service CRAYON and is planned, produced, and operated as a joint venture between Shueisha and Dentsu Inc.
