Since joining the company, he has been involved in developing branding strategies from the perspectives of various stakeholders surrounding the company—including consumers, shareholders, media, and employees—as well as planning and implementing internal communications to recreate corporate value. From 2018, as Director of the Public Relations Bureau, he was also responsible for formulating the company's brand strategy and corporate culture transformation. He transferred to Dentsu Inc. Business Design Square (now the Business Transformation Bureau) in 2021 and holds his current position.
