"How to Create Concepts: Dentsu Inc.'s Approach to Thinking That Also Helps with Product Development" Now on Sale

The popular serial " Local Gurguru, " which explores local gourmet topics while unraveling Dentsu Inc.'s secret methodology for idea creation, the "Gurguru Thinking Method," has led to a book release. Its author, Mr. Takeo Yamada of Dentsu Inc. 1CR Planning Bureau, published "How to Create Concepts: Dentsu Inc.'s Approach to Idea Generation, Useful for Product Development and More" on March 7. Published by Asahi Shimbun Publications.

Paperback, 144 pages, ¥1,100 + tax, ISBN 978-4-02-331484-9

The author has created numerous hit products as a creator. He argues that the reason many people cannot innovate is because what they were taught in school and at work is to "think correctly, objectively, and logically with your brain."

This book reveals a thinking method that replaces "logical thinking," one that harnesses subjective experience and intuition to create concepts that make you exclaim, "Why didn't I think of that?"

Examples are packed with food, like " Waru-nori Snack " and " Chop Katsu," familiar from the serialized columns. A great book where you can find approaches to problem-solving and breaking through the status quo while enjoying it with your body.
