On May 24, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs opened a government public relations exhibition space within the International Media Center (IMC) Annex at the Ise-Shima Summit (open until the 28th).

With the cooperation of relevant ministries and private companies, it introduced Japanese technologies and products to domestic and international media.
Organized into categories aligned with the summit's themes—Infrastructure & Transportation, Environment & Energy, Healthcare & Wellness, Reconstruction & Disaster Prevention, Space & Deep Sea, and Traditional Crafts—the center displayed approximately 80 exhibits. These included panels, models, videos, and interactive experiences addressing various challenges facing the international community. The exhibits drew significant interest from the media.

Test Drive Experience Corner
The outdoor exhibition space featured test drives of next-generation vehicles and personal mobility devices, along with experience zones for automatic braking and automated parking systems.
The main arena featured exhibits related to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Rugby World Cup 2019, and the government's "Sports for Tomorrow" initiative for international contribution through sports.

Exhibition on Japanese Cuisine in Front of the Dining Area

In the dining area, the charm of Japanese cuisine was showcased to the press through dishes made with ingredients from Mie Prefecture and various food tastings.
On the 27th, a "Parasports Experience Event" was also held at the Ise Football Village adjacent to the IMC to promote understanding of parasports.
Athletes with Paralympic experience participated alongside local elementary school students and foreign residents in Japan, deepening their interactions.

Additionally, host prefecture Mie set up the Mie Information Pavilion within the Annex. Under the concept "Tradition and Innovation: The Spirit of 'Wa'," it introduced Mie's diverse and rich culture—including its history, nature, food, and industries—through videos, exhibits, and live demonstrations.
