Dentsu Group has formed a capital alliance with Ignition Point Inc., which supports corporate innovation and transformation. Following this, Dentsu Japan Network (DJN)*1 will collaborate with Ignition Point Inc. to strengthen its business in the Business Transformation (BX) domain, which realizes business transformation for client companies, and the Digital Transformation (DX) domain, which realizes transformation of marketing foundations.
DJN is advancing "Business Formation Transformation" aimed at evolving into an "Integrated Growth Partner" committed to the sustainable growth of client companies and society. It is focusing on enhancing competitiveness across four business domains (AX, BX, CX, DX)*2.
Meanwhile, Ignition Point Inc. has been developing two core businesses since its founding: a consulting business that leverages its strengths in creating new businesses and addressing BX/DX challenges to solve issues faced by society and client companies; and an innovation business that sparks new ventures by building ecosystems involving companies, academia, and government.
Synergistic effects are anticipated by combining Ignition Point Inc.'s strengths with DJN's conceptualization, execution, and networking capabilities.
