Dentsu Inc. wins "Advertising Agency of the Year," "Network of the Year," and "Interactive Agency of the Year" at the 17th Asia Pacific Advertising Festival (ADFEST 2014)
The 17th Asia Pacific Advertising Festival (ADFEST 2014) ※1 was held over three days from March 6 to 8 in Pattaya, Thailand. At this festival, Dentsu Inc. won "Advertising Agency of the Year" *2 and "Interactive Agency of the Year" as an individual agency, while the Dentsu Group won "Network of the Year."
Among the works Dentsu Inc. was involved in producing, five pieces won the top prize, the Grande Lotus, in the Film, Interactive, Promo, Design, and Integrated categories. Furthermore, the Dentsu Group won the following 46 awards across various categories.
*1: ADFEST, established in 1998, is the largest advertising festival in the Asia-Pacific region. Operated under the auspices of the Federation of Asian Advertising Associations (AFAA), it is recognized as one of the world's most prestigious advertising awards. This year, 295 companies from 41 cities participated, submitting a total of 3,253 entries across 17 categories: Film, Press, Outdoor, Radio, Interactive, Mobile, Direct, Promo, Design, Print Craft, Film Craft, New Director, Media, Integrated, Innova, Effective, and Lotus Roots.
