Shibusawa MIX, Saitama's first innovation hub with total production by Dentsu Live Inc., opens

Shibusawa MIX, an innovation hub that Dentsu Live Inc. has been preparing to establish in collaboration with Saitama Prefecture, opened on July 25.

Dentsu Live Inc. was commissioned to construct the Shibusawa MIX facility and handle its post-opening operation and management in summer 2024.

 

This facility is Saitama's first innovation hub, enabling co-creation through interaction and matching between companies of various industries and sizes, as well as entrepreneurs. Based on three core concepts—"Creating and Promoting Open Innovation," "Supporting Startup Creation and Growth," and "Developing Talent to Drive Innovation"—it plans to implement various initiatives to foster innovation.

Dentsu Live Inc. will leverage its advanced production capabilities and expertise in creating vibrant environments to ensure the ongoing vitality of Shibusawa MIX.

【About Using Shibusawa MIX】
1. Membership Categories
Shibusawa MIX operates primarily as a membership-based facility (free of charge). Membership categories and main available services are as follows.

2. Membership Registration
Membership registration requires screening. Participation in events such as seminars held at Shibusawa MIX does not require membership registration (except for member-only events).

② Interview
After document screening, an interview will be conducted (online).
③ Registration ~ Start of Use
Those who pass the screening will sign a usage contract and register with the access control system at the Shibusawa MIX facility, after which they may begin using the facility.

3. Specialized Personnel
Shibusawa MIX members can not only use the facilities but also consult with various specialized professionals. We deploy diverse experts to facilitate encounters and exchanges among users, supporting innovation creation and growth.
●Community Manager
Resides at Shibusawa MIX, handling user inquiries and planning/operating events.
● Co-creation Coordinator
Supports co-creation by connecting companies with each other and linking companies with organizations within and outside the prefecture (by appointment).
●Startup Advisor
Provides specialized advice to startups and facilitates connections to venture capital firms (by appointment).

4. Events
Shibusawa MIX hosts various events such as seminars, study sessions, and networking gatherings based on specific themes aligned with its concept.
