Since 2012, has primarily handled consulting and brand/demand strategies for B2B businesses across over 100 domestic and international companies in semiconductors, materials, IT products, PCs, smartphones, etc. Supports organizational development by leveraging customer purchase data analysis to implement on/off initiatives, introduce DX tools like MA/SFA/CDP, and build inside sales and customer success frameworks. Leads the Dentsu Group cross-project "Dentsu B2B Initiative."
