The power of Dentsu Inc. creators as seen by athletes, and the power of athletes as seen by Dentsu Inc. creators. A cross-talk between athletes and creators.

Dai Tamesue
Born in Hiroshima Prefecture in 1978. First Japanese medalist in a sprint event at a world championship. Holder of the Japanese record in the men's 400m hurdles (as of December 2021). Currently engaged in writing and company management. Representative of Deportare Partners. Director of Shin-Toyosu Brillia Running Stadium. Runs the YouTube channel Tamesue Academy. UNITAR Goodwill Ambassador.
Major publications include "Winning Alone," "The Philosophy of Running," and "The Power of Giving Up."

A lifelong sports enthusiast with personal experience as a player in the top league of corporate American football.
Using facilitation as his strength, he has been involved in brand development and service development for various companies. He has also led multiple new business development projects at Dentsu Inc. He is a Certified Management Consultant for Small and Medium Enterprises. He also serves as a university lecturer and an idea training instructor for companies.
