Dentsu Inc.'s business solutions information portal, Do! Solutions, is recruiting participants for its webinar "What is Corporate Growth in a Sustainable Society? ~Hints for 'New Growth' Seen in Corporate Initiatives~" to be held on Wednesday, July 26.
While "sustainability" is a concept that tends to garner broad agreement in principle, it is also a theme that often gives rise to various contradictions and difficulties within corporate growth strategies. Dentsu Inc.'s Sustainability Consulting Office, under the theme "Sustainability for New Growth," is hosting a webinar series to explore with companies hints for making sustainability the foundation for new growth.
For this first webinar, we welcome a guest from a company deeply committed to sustainability to discuss their concrete initiatives. The latter half will feature a discussion and an introduction to the latest solutions from Dentsu Inc.'s Sustainability Consulting Office.

Takatoshi Kitajima
Joined the company in 1999 and engaged in a wide range of roles including HR, branch manager, sales planning, and systems. During this time, he also experienced secondments to a think tank and a megabank. Since 2022, in the Brand Strategy Department, he has promoted the creation of social value characteristic of Meiji Yasuda through initiatives focused on health promotion and community contribution via sports support, primarily centered on the J.League and JLPGA. From 2023, his responsibilities expanded to include promotions such as commercials and owned media, and he is currently planning and advancing overall brand strategy.

Joined Sumitomo Forestry in 1995. After working in the Human Resources Department and Sales Promotion Department, joined the Corporate Communications Department in 2017. Currently serves as Group Manager responsible for corporate advertising.

After working as a product designer for a major electronics manufacturer, she oversaw product design and UX design at a telecommunications company. Subsequently, she served as a manager for product branding, marketing, and PR targeting the Japanese market at a global manufacturer. Since joining Dentsu Inc., she has worked as an expert in sustainable business and the circular economy. She has received numerous awards, including the iF Product Design Award, red dot design award, and Good Design Award. HCD-Net Certified Human-Centered Design Specialist, Japan Ergonomics Society Certified Ergonomics Specialist. 2022 Good Design Award Judge.
